Ductile and cast iron castings come in a variety of grades (Ductile – D-7003 and Grey Iron SAE-G-2000 – G-3000) and in sizes from less than one-half pounds to 300 pounds with a daily melt capacity of 100 tons.

The management team has over 100 years of experience in producing quality ductile and grey iron castings for general machinery, automotive and truck axle, transmission components, agricultural, electrical industries and pressurized water systems.

Typical castings have thin walls requiring good to excellent surface appearance and dimensional reproducibility, as well as sound, thick sections. Strict laboratory control of metallurgy and sand systems assures quality products delivered on time at the right price!
